Privacy Policy

We keep data collection limited to what the audit service needs to operate:

• Account data: your email address and authentication identifiers.
• Audit inputs: the website domains, competitor domains, and target markets you submit.
• Audit outputs: generated prompts, AI engine responses, Share of Voice scores, and technical crawlability findings tied to your account.
• Usage data: audit credit balances, run timestamps, and basic diagnostic logs used to keep the platform reliable.

Lemon Squeezy acts as our official Merchant of Record. All payment processing, tax compliance, subscription management, and billing data are securely handled and stored by Lemon Squeezy under their own privacy terms.

AEOBird never receives or stores your full card number, CVC, or bank credentials. We only receive the purchase confirmation needed to credit your account, such as the plan purchased and the credit quantity.

We use your data to run audits you request, allocate and track audit credits, deliver reports, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the accuracy of our audit engine. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your audit results to advertise to you.

To generate audits we send your submitted domains and generated prompts to third party infrastructure providers, including cloud hosting and database services, generative AI engine providers, and search data providers. These providers process the data only to return results to AEOBird.

Audit reports remain in your account history so you can revisit them. You may request deletion of your account and stored audit history at any time by writing to support@aeobird.com. We remove or anonymize the data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to keep billing records.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with row level access controls so that audit records are readable only by the account that created them. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to certain processing. For billing records held by Lemon Squeezy, we will help you route the request to them.
