Terms of Service

AEOBird runs audits against live generative search engines and against your website. Each audit returns AI Share of Voice benchmarking, generative ranking and perception analysis, website AI crawlability findings, and gap analysis reports. Audits reflect engine behaviour at the time of the run.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account is intended for one organization, and credentials may not be resold or shared with unrelated parties.

Audits are paid for with audit credits included in a monthly plan. One credit funds one audit run, and a credit is consumed at the moment an audit execution begins.

Unused audit credits roll over for 1 month only. Any credit that is still unused at the end of that single rollover month expires and is removed from your balance. Expired credits cannot be restored, reinstated, or exchanged for cash.

Credits have no monetary value outside the platform and are not transferable between accounts.

Lemon Squeezy acts as our official Merchant of Record. All payment processing, tax compliance, subscription management, and billing data are securely handled by Lemon Squeezy. Plans renew monthly until cancelled, and you may cancel at any time to stop future renewals.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass credit limits, rate limits, or authentication controls.
• Resell raw platform access or scrape the platform in an automated way.
• Submit domains you have no legitimate business reason to audit.
• Use the platform to generate unlawful, deceptive, or infringing material.

Audit results include outputs produced by third party AI engines. Those engines are probabilistic and change over time, so results can vary between runs. AEOBird reports what the engines returned during the audit and does not guarantee specific rankings, recommendations, citations, or commercial outcomes.

We may update, improve, or temporarily suspend parts of the service for maintenance or because an upstream provider changes its interface. Where a change materially affects paid features, we will make a reasonable effort to notify account holders.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEOBird is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost revenue or lost rankings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that create risk for our upstream providers. On termination, unused credits are forfeited unless a refund is due under the Refund Policy.
